Pros

-Pay is above minimum wage. -There is opportunity for advancement within the company if you're willing to apply and go after it. -They work around your schedule. Theirs a good balance between work and family life. -They offer PTO, dental, vision, and health insurance to full-time/part-time employees -During semi-annual reviews, you normally get a $0.25 pay raise.

Cons

-They value their seasonal employees more than their full-time employees. What I mean by this is, they will pay a seasonal employee more than you are making even though you are the one training them/in charge of making sure they have something to do at all times. If this is going to be the case, the full-time employees should at least have their seasonal paid bumped up for the holidays temporarily to match the pay of those who are seasonal. The temporary paid bump happens for some people in the building, but not all. -Also, don't bother approaching them about this pay gap during the holiday or they'll just shrug it off and say "Oh, it's just seasonal pay. We do it as an incentive to get more seasonal employees." For a company that prides themselves in trying to be employer of choice, they disappoint me when it comes to seasonal pay. -Be prepared to be thrust into different roles with little learning. This was something I handled well but may be hard for others. What I mean is you may be asked to step up into a role you haven't had training for and have to use what little knowledge you have to figure out how to do things. -If you're looking for pay you can actually live comfortably off, expect to be here YEARS before that happens.

Pros

The management makes it enjoyable and addresses issues respectfully and clearly. There are ALWAYS gifts, surprises, rewards, incentives, fun activities, raffles, etc. The jobs are simple and easy to perform. You have 15min paid breaks daily, and a non-paid 30 minute break for longer shifts. The pay is incredible! I enjoyed everything about the place.

Cons

There will be days you need to work weekends due to high volume phases.
