Pros

Friendly colleagues. But you need to be prepare to have either very junior (Fresh Grad) or super senior colleagues (Those above 40yo aunty uncle). The turnover rate for this department is very high. Can you imagine close to 30 staffs come and go in 3 years time.

Cons

Unfair treatment and practice of favoritism. The so-called management team are the Head of Mktg and his favorite person, everyone needs to listen to that one person. He will sound at you if you don't follow his instruction, you may try if you want to experience this. Unfair treatment, the "management" will always show off his favourite person's work even is not as good as he think. No matter how much effort you put, you will never beat his favourite person. That person will always be on top of everyone.
