Got chance working on different .net tech projects. learned some new things like oAuth integration, Azure, Blob storage etc... Learning curve is good. You can't seat idle, as task schedule keep you occupied.
Cons
Limited number of highly experienced seniors. So sometime you can't get technical help in complex tasks.
