Only apply if you are experienced in the medical field.

Pros

Typical corporate BS with too many bosses and managers who have no experience in hands on working with patients. Apply only if you can get past that and focus on patient care. And not worry about making advancements in your field.

Cons

Pay is mediocre and the providers (most) are spoiled brats. Most are partners. So only the bottom line matters to them.

Pros

It is great if you work directly for a physician.

Cons

The administration is very unorganized and they are not great managers at all.
