Pros
The only Pro is that it is an open environment no set scheduled time to start they have good vacation time package
Cons
Company has a very unfriendly environment The owners are never there too busy with their travels and they own agenda. People have not received a raise in four years, yet they have plenty of money for the Yearly party, (not for the employees unless you have to work the party) This is a company that treats people like dirt unless you are there 15+ years

Pros
Great remuneration, you get to travel the world and get paid for it, get to meet amazing people, A dream job if your strive in a high paced, high energy work place
Cons
Cut throat environment, You are never "off the clock" You WILL be put under stress in this role but as I said if you strive in this you will succeed and make a lot of money doing it.
