No pto for the first year (which is when you get sick the most). Management is too focused on social media and appearances that they let vital things fall through the cracks including issues that should be brought to cps attention. Management also pays to have bad reviews removed from Google so any reviews you see are actively manipulated. Management has kind of given up in the past year and the school is running poorly nowadays. There doesn't seem to be much room for upward career movement because everyone who gets promoted has nepotism on their side. Teachers who have been directors at other schools are passed over for promotions in favor of teachers who were in classrooms for less than 3 months who are friends with the owner. We also had a teacher bite a one year old.
