Pros
The opportunity to work from home. You set your goals on how much money you want to make, it's based on your sales. A lot of local perks from local businesses. Very social job. owner is always open to new ideas and processes. It's a fun working environment.
Cons
You have to be able to self manage. If you need someone looking down on your every move to stay motivated you won't like this job. You work with small businesses which can be really frustrating.
