      Terrible Management!

      Pros

      The benefits are great. Many of the lower staff you work with are good people. Free employee meals for the staff.

      Cons

      Terrible management, low salary, staff is constantly asked to do extra hours/tasks and are given NO appriciation for it. Very little chance for advancement.

      Easy place to work. Management means well but struggling to keep up with bigger chains.

      Pros

      Laid back, easy place to work. Friendly staff and management. Small amount of rooms so never get too overwhelmed.

      Cons

      Lack of managerial control. Not enough people staffed. Rooms left unfinished with construction. Pursuit of profit drives the decisions which sometimes leads to disgruntled guests. Good privately owned hotel, but the price doesn't match the product.
