Pros
The client itself was great, but due to inconsistency of Partners Group aka Legal People Group, it diminishes the experience.
Cons
Where do I begin? This company has changed its name to “The Legal People Group” They are extremely unorganized as a company. We were told that there would be 40 hour weeks, multiple weeks without full hours and multiple gaps within the job ranging from 3-5 days to more than 7 on many separate occasions. Inconsideration and multiple communications issues with employees. Direct deposit issues for the first paycheck. Wages not competitive! No benefits. This company does not care about you! I will NEVER take another assignment with this company.
