Brian and his staff really are on top of their game. They have great people skills and worked for me getting into the best job possible. Since the company is a PR/Marketing/Special Events firm there are a lot of opportunities to work and learn practical and useful skills from each department. The women that work there are all smart, resourceful, and hardworking. Teamwork is essential and the end results are always fabulous.
Cons
No men work there, not because the company discriminates but rather men are intimidated. Everyone is in their 20's and 30's and the office is very loud without much privacy. The result is cattiness, competition, bullying, and cliques. Don't get me wrong some days are very fun and lighthearted but eventually it can become very hard to concentrate with all the noise and very discouraging when the girls turn against each other.
