It is a medium company well structured and involved in many projects in particular in the field of aeronautics, the salary for an entry level engineer is good but the problem is that you don't have many chances to grow in the company and the salary will not grow with the seniority. The team leaders of the different area project are very professional and friendly. The management is really open to include you in now type of projects.
Cons
The problem is that you don't have many chances to grow in the company and the salary will not grow with the seniority. The internal courses to get more skills are totally absent, if you want to learn something now, you have to do so autonomously out of work hours.
