Salary looks good on paper but is actually less than market when you account for amount of hours. The training is long but isn’t enough to cover the poor and over complicated product and process design never mind the ridiculous amount of systems they have. The place is really outdated, they only just moved to windows 10 for goodness sake, equipment is ancient and barely works. There is an expectation for you to do extra hours with no extra pay hiding behind the excuse that they are busy but is a situation created by them as they haven’t recruited enough people. A lot of the work is outsourced to diligenta which is surprisingly worse than standard life
