Pros

It can be a pretty easy minimum wage job as long as everybody working is pulling their weight. You get discounted pizza every shift and even a free one if you're a shift lead.

Cons

Any job that deals with customers has their fair share of unhappy people, which can make or break a shift. If other employees don't pull their weight I found myself being over worked.

Pros

-Okay starting pay -Relatively fun place to work -Food was pretty good -Good training -50% discount on food when you're working -Straightforward menu -Friendly co-workers -Rarely had to deal with angry customers

Cons

-Management was awful- they never communicated with employees, there were times I was not scheduled because I didn't email the manager in charge of scheduling (but was never told that I had to as I had already given them my availability, I had to find out why I wasn't being scheduled by another employee with the same job title as I did). Most of the time the managers would sit on their phones in the restaurant and do nothing unless it was to yell at the two of us closing the restaurant that we were not cleaning fast enough. Plenty of time managers were not even in the restaurant and it was just a shift supervisor who also didn't know much. By the time I was already about to quit, I stopped getting scheduled entirely and no communications about any further scheduling only to find out by going online that I was let go and received no explanation as to why. -Firings for no reason -Unreliable scheduling, sometimes I would be scheduled most days of the week, other times it would be once a week for only 3 hours and then being sent home 2 hours early because no customers were coming in. The rest of the time the management would schedule me on days that I indicated on my availability that I could not work. -Poor treatment of employees, managers would frequently yell at employees for no reason. -10% discount when not on shift -Rude to employees when they're being customers, I once ordered a pizza an over an hour before close (which would have given them ample time to make it) but my manager called me to scream at me immediately when the order went through at their end (and usually not many customers were in the restaurant anyway so it was unnecessary).
