      Decent pay, flexible hours, convenient

      Cons

      Somewhat disorganized, no ongoing training, no continuity of care (inadequate shift reports at times), no holiday pay or shift differential, feels like bare minimum care is given to residents

      My bad experience at the place

      Some of the employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Bad bosses and high position employees, they give you no break even when you work from 11-22, had to wait extra month for my payment, some employees of the same position as me were allowed to get food and drink during work hours and some where not(it was not based on how good you work)
