-startup environment -everyone's input is recognized -really great benefits -awesome perks including catered meals, snacks, drinks, video games, ping pong -it was a fun and relaxed environment
Cons
-pay was just ok -lack of creativity/innovation in the field -communication wasn't great from management -lack of transparency about direction of the company, future plans, etc
