Cons

Company comes across as an exciting and innovative opportunity to get on the ground floor of a potentially successful start-up company. The executive chairmen onboard individuals under a 30 day unpaid probationary period which is illegal in the state of California. They promise their "employees" a generous salary and a paid permanent position following the unpaid 30 days for which they never deliver. The executive chairmen always find something wrong with their "employees" performance towards the end of the unpaid period and terminate them before a pay cycle can begin.
