Pros
Coworkers are great. Regulars who come in are amazing. People in that neighborhood have lots of disposable income to use on going out for food and drinks.
Cons
Management can be passive aggressive instead of direct sometimes.

independence on the job. Coworkers are great
Cons
Workplace is a revolving door, including management. You have to beg for a raise and no amount of extra effort is taken into account when talking money. They'll work you for 50+hrs in the summer and expect you to survive with <30 in the winter. And get mad when you have to find supplemental work
