Pros

pay decent benefits ok works well with another job.

Cons

the worst company I have worked for. The management is rude and biased, They harass merchandisers and threaten them with their jobs. They do not back the employees nor do they listen, You work your butt off and no thank you or acknowledgement. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!

Pros

Flexable working time, people are friendly! Good for new comers to start career.

Cons

The company does't care about employees, and salary is lower than normal. No free snacks, no free for anything! There is no hope for exsiting employees to have salary increased in the company. Overall, this can be a start on your career, but don't waste too much time on it. Life is short, don't hesitage to leave when you wanted to.

Dear “Clerk”, We appreciate your feedback and are very sorry to hear that you have negative feelings about our company. Over the ten years I have been here, I believe many of your statements may be misplaced. Your feeling that the company does not care about our employees is not accurate. I have participated in numerous company-funded gatherings to honour employees as they go through life changing events such as marriage, birth of children, etc. This has repeatedly been done without bias, from clerks to warehouse staff to middle managers, and entire staff is brought together where cakes and gifts are given to the individuals from our owner and/or senior leadership. Additionally, we do have a vending machine in our kitchen area and a free coffee machine and no one is watching to insure you only have one or at prescribed times. I have been in organizations that either do not have these options on site or they monitor and charge for coffee. We have been in business for over 35 years and we have staff who have been with us that long; numerous others have been here for over 10 years. This is a place for more than just starting a career, especially if you have vision and a desire to have a career with us and not just job-hop. As an entrepreneurial company, our positions constantly evolve and so do our people and systems. Technology is constantly reducing the amount of work required in any one function and for anyone who wishes to evolve and expand their skill set, I have found the company to be very supportive. We wish all of our former employees well and hopefully the skills you learned while with us are now benefiting you in your new role. Thanks again for your feedback. Please feel free to contact me directly, anonymously if you choose, at jmarshall@pcfsouvenirs.com as I value any opportunity to hear where we may have failed you and work towards eliminating such oversights.

Pros

Can get along with most of the people, casual environment.

Cons

If you want a relatively good career, this is NOT the place for you. If you're a female and want to be in management, forget it - this is NOT the place for you. Drama queens get promoted and hard workers get fired.
