Fast-Paced Work Environment: Like all agencies, the work is demanding at times, but I'd do it over again because of the opportunities it afforded me after TPG. Juggling numerous clients required me to develop my organization and time-management skills, which has been critical to my long-term growth and development. Adaptability: The continuous improvement culture requires you to be flexible and open to change. As someone who values predictability, this took getting used to.
