Heed the warnings!!!

Pros

Learned how NOT to treat people and how NOT to run a business.

Cons

Notice that the positive reviewers have been working for these schmos for less than a year. Just wait, the ball WILL most definitely drop. Promises are made and not kept. I do not have a problem working hard, I love working hard, it is fulfilling. However, I did not sign up to be a volunteer, I expected to be paid as agreed. I held up my end of the deal, the owners of this company did not. Heed the warnings from former employees, many of them I have met, they have had extreme success since leaving this wanna be company. I hate to waste my energy thinking about this place. However, the thought of them taking advantage of even one more hard working, hopeful person, disgusts me. RUN, I tell you, RUN!!!

DO NOT TRUST THEM

Pros

I honestly have no good things to say about working for The Premier Group, except I got introduced to the industry.

Cons

The owners are liars and cheats. I found money missing from my commission checks. I felt like I was walking on egg shells all the time. They claim they donate money to charity but I'm fairly certain the amount they claim to donate is a lie! And I know the owners are the ones posting positive reviews for themselves on Glassdoor, because no one in their right mind would have a positive outlook after working for this company.

Pros

The environment is fast paced and every day is different. If you're someone who can keep up and likes that each day is interesting with problems to solve, then you might enjoy this company. You will also build relationships with employees and clients along the way. While doing so you'll meet new people and get to interact with others so if you are a people person, you'll definitely be working with people.

Cons

While the pros above do exist, they are not worth it in my opinion. At The Premier Group there are high expectations with little recognition. There is no formal training and it's clear the company doesn't value you as an employee. There is no flexibility in your schedule, and from my own experience, your voice and opinion doesn't matter. In terms of growth and development, you'll begin to master the day-to-day tasks but there are not really any opportunities to move past those. While the problems you solve can be different and interesting, you are also dealing with difficult employees and sometimes clients. Unfortunately, you will not receive much support from internal employees either, which is draining. The employee turnover rate is high for a few reasons. People look for new positions because of how unhappy they are and how trapped they feel, or they'll fire you and you'll never see it coming. Without any type of performance review or evaluation, you won't know you're getting fired until the moment it happens. Employees feel exhausted, anxious, and frustrated, which ultimately makes them leave (if they aren't fired first).
