Friendly place to work

Pros

Overall it's a friendly place to work. The boss is fair and knows how to keep the business running profitably. All of the managers have different styles so it's easy to find one you like.

Cons

Some of the Principals or associates have a hard time building up the staff. 45 hours/week is still expected and while this is not unusual in this industry, you are not rewarded if you don't consistently hit the mark.
