Pros

Clients, colleagues, get to make a difference in clients lives, COVID pay was very good.

Cons

Horrible upper management, they are highly critical and create a toxic work environment! Extremely high turnover due to poor agency decisions. Not enough staff to properly maintain the homes. The list goes on and on.........

Pros

I loved working at the Price Center because of the staff and clients. All the people there were wonderful. We also got plenty of vacation time and benefits and annual raises. It is far from a desk job- half of most days are spent out in the community at parks or playing sports.

Cons

As a non-profit, our Christmas bonus was a 50 dollar gift card and there are rarely company events. Communication between the head bosses and staff can be confusing and contradictory. Pay is low, but that's to be expected in this feild. It can be hard to get the vacation days that you want, especially around holidays when everyone is requesting. Dealing with some clients behaviors can be very challenging.
