Pros

Decent benefits, some nice co-workers and a good mission

Cons

I don't even know where to begin. The previous CEO nearly ran the place into the ground, and the "leadership" is incompetent and condescending. Not to mention the turnover is absurdly high. I challenge you to find someone in any department besides HR who has been there for more than two years. Either they got smart and left, or they were fired due to the impossibility of being able to perform in an unorganized and unstable environment. After firing the CEO, they bring back a past CEO. The current person is interim but she has been out of the workforce for ages and doesn't have clue as to what's going on. What an absolute mess. I feel so fortunate to have gotten out when I did. Not only are the internal operations a disaster, nobody knows what the Priority Center is or what it does. Sad, really. This used to be a great place that did great work. Now it's on it's deathbed. With all the cuts to nonprofits, I give it another year at the most
