The Profs is a really great company to work for! As well as being part of a growing team of friendly and welcoming individuals, there are also plenty of opportunities for self-improvement. I receive regular, constructive feedback on my work and have weekly meetings with the team which help me to continuously improve and expand my knowledge and skills.
The co-founders and senior leadership team are also great at keeping everyone informed on the progress and direction of the business, so you always feel like you're an important part of the business' growth. There is also always clear and efficient leadership.
