Pros

none, awful industry to work for - do not care about the individual nor the client, just money and numbers.

Cons

commission only, no work life balance, expect you to devote your entire life even though the pay is shocking. do not work here - unethical :) no moral compass.

Pros

No pros to mention at this time.

Cons

100% commission based - although they won't tell you that until the final hurdle of interviews. Even then it's a terrible business practice and there is nothing honest or responsible about them. Avoid.

Pros

None. Friendly & fun team and office but it’s not genuine- it’s manipulation.

Cons

This company gets you to work for free. They target young job seekers with little to no experience, emphasising how great the job is & how great the pay CAN BE. The way they present the job is very manipulative, clearly rehearsed & unprofessional. Expecting you to work at least 8 / 9 hour days (but saying 2 hours of it is training), 6 days a week. This is all expected of you and completely unpaid unless you make sales. Commission only paid work is totally acceptable if it is a Wolf of Wall Street type of thing- but this is not, this is door to door Sales targeting old people in Somerset. The average income from sales for all brand ambassadors is less than the UK minimum wage. If you are planning on working for them, try to use logic & statistics over emotion and most importantly keep track of your hours vs pay!!!!
