Absent Ombudsman continuously off sick or annual leave Meetings cancelled and moved Preferential treatment to specific members of OSMT and withholds critical information to remaining OSMT members

All of the staff are wonderful and really helped me from the first day to now. Lovely location although I was remotely based so only made a couple of trips to Salisbury. HR sent out regular treats throughout the year- made you feel like you weren't all working remotely but were all in it together. I would recommend it to anyone as a place to work.

Cons

Some of the communication from higher management could be more frequent although this has improved recently.
