Pros

- Some smart people here and there, average overall - Job in a nice part of Atlanta - Flexible hours

Cons

- Poor upper and middle management in professional services (or what little there was to speak of) - Lack of "real" projects to work on, too many eggs in a one or two baskets - Outdated equipment - Bland office, ugliest work environment in Atlanta - Poor to almost no benefits - Little to no diversity

Pros

Three-day-per-week WFH policy. Chance to work full stack. Nice group of colleagues. Professional treatment -- they give you your objective and date due and then leave you alone to deliver. Great work/life balance.

Cons

Nice company to work for but a small consulting firm with smaller projects.

Pros

The Proven Method offers a great work environment with very bright, fun employees and great leadership. It is truly a place where motivated people can grow their IT Careers, be it in any of the company's focus areas - staffing, software development, or sales. The company is expanding into exciting new markets and offers great incentives to forge into these new territories. If you have good vision, the company's leadership team are highly interested in fostering growth of new ideas. From my experience, working in the main office, there is excellent work/life balance.

Cons

If you need hand-holding or constantly reinforced direction, this probably isn't the place for you. To succeed here, one needs to be able to consistently produce and work well with little of oversight. You need to be able to take the ball and run with it. That said, there is plenty of mentor-ship available, everyone is there to help, and management is happy to provide the tools needed to get the job done.
