Pros

Coworkers are very nice to work with. They are very patient to help you. The team work atmosphere is good. The training process is good. The benefit is higher than average.

Cons

The seasonality issue is pretty severe. A lot of people get laid off after busy season because the company doesn't have a diversified client base. If you expect stable work load and continuous improvement, think twice before you join. Also, the company may have difficulties in expanding its client base. In general, think twice before you join.

You can find a job in public accounting elsewhere that pays way more starting off

Pros

food provided for those working late and the training sessions for auditing standards were helpful for the CPE hours. There were some nice people to work with that were helpful

Cons

Management plays favorites Supervisors act unprofessionally and are angry Meals weren't reimbursed when at the client Pay was way less than the average starting salary in public accounting by quite a bit. Not enough training for doing audits especially for those new grads.

Pros

You do get to meet a lot of folks as mgmt constantly hires new employees. If I divide my salary by the number of hours they make me work, I might be a tad ahead of working at McDonald.

Cons

Employees are constantly leaving because of the shady nature or mgmt as well as questionable practices. Expense Reimbursement - Talk about getting nickel-ed and dimed...On top of long hours I dont even get some of my business expenses reimbursed.
