Extremely hard to re negotiate pay. Seems like youd be better off walking away and finding a new job. Even if you have been there for 10 years and climbed up 4 or 5 positions, Good luck getting a raise!
In the proactive team and account management/ vCIO team, there is clear favoritism. Accounts are not distributed evenly. The Market President has to take advice from one of his employees on how to do his job on a daily basis. Upper management has a very suspicious relationship. Management does not believe in work life/ home life and values even though they say they do.if you have a family, this is not the place for you.
