      Pros

      Got the opportunity to work across different categories. Designed Collections and also got to be a part of Marketing Campaigns, Visual Merchandising, Styling and most importantly learnt a lot about Buying & Merchandising.

      Cons

      Juggling 2 responsibilities of a Product Designer and Merchandiser was somewhat challenging.

      Pros

      joined here recently and to be very honest, I was initially confused upon seeing the other reviews (as they were mixed and many people had commented negative) but after joining I found out that the people here are amazing and it's an wonderful environment for those who really wish to learn and grow. You do smart work and survive here. If not, you can't! Management encourages new initiatives and learning is tremendous here. If you got an opportunity to work here, you are lucky!
