Pros
Autonomy and internal support that allows the opportunity to grow both professionally and financially. The firm's principals are very well networked throughout the US and Mexico. Because Qualifind is a niche recruiting firm, it has provided me with the opportunity to leverage my Spanish-language skills and my professional credentials against a niche market. I have been able to grow a practice within a practice and my 2 years with the firm has proven to be financially rewarding.
Cons
The firm's partners provide a high degree of autonomy and expect it's recruiters to be self-directed and motivated. Recruiters that need constant supervision or direction will have difficulty in this environment.
