      Pros

      Great office enthusiasm with proactive approach in regards to training. Resources galore at the drop of an e-mail or phone call to other employees. Decent pay scale with yearly bonuses when times were good. Passionate leadership that truly cares about the family values instilled inside the company.

      Cons

      Not a lot of growth afforded in a smaller company. While a "performance based organization" felt it would have been good to share scores so you knew exactly where you were at within the company.

      Pros

      great place to work, lots of good people to work with. compensation is reasonable, even if somewhat biased based on gender. job is interesting most of the time and downright fascinating sometimes.

      Cons

      1 senior manager lies constantly, leading to lots of unrest and insecurity. Training is seriously lacking because of 1 manager who operates under the assumption that you only need to know what I teach you, very narrow minded

      Company paints a facade of family oriented but in essence the only people they care about is senior managements profit line
