      Nice people Great projects Decent ability to grow Free food Location Large variety of and very diverse projects benifits are ok

      Cons

      poor pay corporate drug testing is mandatory the board of directors will make and call all the shots once again they are not a competitive paying company

      RMH supports employee growth and promotes a good work/life balance RMH has great leadership in green design and high performance buildings

      Cons

      Office space is dark and old fashioned (offices on exterior with cube farm in the middle) Organizational structure limits discourages cooperation and support of other divisions Internal transfers are not encouraged

      Pros

      Great collective technical ability for the scale of the operation keeps them competitive with larger firms. Relatively transparent senior management and flat organization helps employees understand health and direction of the business. Excellent - but waning - reputation in the region.

      Cons

      Pervasive risk aversion (more operations related than engineering related) hampers productivity, responsiveness, ability to take advantage of opportunity and plays into general fear of growth. Noticeable lack of investment in facilities and infrastructure may be a hurdle to attracting/retaining talent.
