      PM and client great to work for, flexible hours, great environment

      Cons

      Corporate office is clueless and ill trained, PTO horrible, takes over 5 weeks to get reimbursed for travel, If you want to work for a company that is all about nickel and diming your pay check, this is the place

      Pros

      I've been with the company for over 6 years, and have been treated as not only a respected employee, but also like part of a family. The company works with you as an individual, is flexible with scheduling, and listens to ideas for improvement.

      Cons

      Due to the fact that The Ravens Group are primarily federal contractors, they are at the mercy of the whims of the government and this can sometimes have an impact on company operations.
