Poor management and long hours hard on employees.

Pros

Used to be good, gone downhill. Some coworkers make it worthwhile.

Cons

Poor management, Shifts are LONG, are over 12 hours long and finish late. Short breaks as there is not enough staff to cover, breaks are late into shifts. For a company that preaches hospitality and philoxenia they dont care about staff’s wellbeing while on shift.
