Pros

The hours were real good and the job wasn’t terrible.

Cons

If you are not white, you are worked more and looked down on. The small grass place I worked at always made me do alt he heavy job while the white employees got the easy stuff and of course the managers never help either. I quit because of this. This business very racist.

Pros

Employees are valued, growth is encouraged, and the work we do makes a real impact — creating fun, safe, and high-quality spaces across the country. It’s a place where hard work is recognized, team spirit thrives, and every day brings new opportunities to succeed and grow.

Cons

Fast-paced environment that can sometimes feel like organized choas — but if you thrive in that kind of energy like I do, it’s actually a plus!

Lots of Good People!

Pros

Great people, collaborative culture, and a strong sense of teamwork across departments. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback. There’s a lot of opportunity to learn and grow if you’re proactive.

Cons

Like many growing companies, processes can sometimes feel inconsistent or still evolving. Communication between teams could be improved as the company scales. Workloads can be heavy at times, especially during peak seasons.
