You will get promoted quickly and join the ranks of the puppets that are playing their "game of thrones" at the top. Dishonesty, having a poker-face and backstabbing is heavily rewarded and encouraged by senior managers.
A lot of comic relief, the owner of the company is the most amusing human being in the compliance industry. Supreme Leader Scott Lane makes outrageous statements that could be in the script of the next Horrible Bosses movie:
