Pros

OK, there have to be some good things, right? Some really good people work here mostly looking for the exit. Folks are willing to help each other out most times, which is cool when crazy deadline or sudden change decision get dumped on your desk.

Cons

Have you read the summary of reviews? The "pros" include "red flag group has great coworkers and a nice office but that does not change the fact that the company is a miserable place to work" (in 8 reviews) "Red flag group is a totalitarian company that enforces employees to get good or die trying" (in 8 reviews) With pros like that who need cons? No strategy no direction poor communication management by shouting

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We regret that you did not have a rewarding experience while you were at The Red Flag Group. We recognize that the dynamic and fast-paced environment here does not suit everyone. We are extremely proud of the talented staff we have at RFG. We are also confident that we can continue to be successful in attracting, developing and retaining talented employees from diverse backgrounds. Our low staff turnover rate is evidence of our ability to nurture talent, and our continuing growth has provided many exciting new career development opportunities for our employees. Contrary to the opinions you have expressed, our management believe there have been many recent and ongoing positive changes at the Firm and we remain focused on ensuring that we continue to develop RFG as a great place to work.

The Circus Group: Come and join, never get hired again.

Pros

At The Circus Group, an employee becomes so immersed and familiar with compliance issues that they can immediately call themselves an industry expert. This is because The Circus Group is itself, a compliance issue. An employee will quickly learn how to not run a business, how to treat employees like garbage, how to plagiarise and many more. Rejects-sanctuary. The vast majority of the managers and directors in this company are mediocre employees from larger companies who are not competent enough to progress in their previous jobs or got laid off. They will never be a manager or director in any other company besides The Circus Group. These are same the yes-men who smile and agree with everything the Supreme Leader Scott Lane says, and then go and spread negative rumours about him when they are having their lunch breaks. This behavior is the bread and butter of a successful employee at The Circus Group. Very gullible and naive management team. If you want to succeed in this company, be the best liar that you can be. You will get promoted quickly and join the ranks of the puppets that are playing their "game of thrones" at the top. Dishonesty, having a poker-face and backstabbing is heavily rewarded and encouraged by senior managers. A lot of comic relief, the owner of the company is the most amusing human being in the compliance industry. Supreme Leader Scott Lane makes outrageous statements that could be in the script of the next Horrible Bosses movie: "if you want more money, just leave my company and work for a bank" "i always invest in my employees, given that my company has increased its revenue over the past year, i will remodel the bathroom and the pantry. you will appreciate that more than a salary increment" "my company generates more revenue than public listed companies in Europe" "the compliance industry is for lawyers who could not get a job, old women and boring people. However, the red flag group is cool and sexy" "red flag group products are like the rolls royce of the industry, we gather a lot of client data and try to replicate, duplicate and mass produce it. simply repackaging and reselling previous reports will generate more money"

Cons

There are no cons in The Circus Group. Everything is perfect according to the Supreme Leader Scott Lane. The Circus Group is a leader in the industry and creates top-notch products and services for their thousands of clients all over the world. Even the competitors of the Circus Group envies the visionary leadership of the Supreme Leader. The Circus Group has the ability to make its employees appreciate their next job a million times over.

Pros

Many great colleagues, challenging work. But be wary of the promoted review on this site - it looks like the marketing dept is hard at work.

Cons

Lack of respect, CEO unstable, dysfunction gets in the way of progress and is disruptive. There is a lot of talent here but the toxic environment destroys everything, especially the leadership team. Watch the leader page - it changes with the mood of the CEO. Only the favorites from his past relationships - mostly from Sun Micro - stay for any length at all. Quite a shame because there is a lot of potential in the business.
