The work environment is collaborative with emphasis on team sharing of resources and experiences. It’s a women run firm and there’s a lot of flexibility and understanding around managing tasks. The work standards are high and there’s a premium attached to integrity and ethics.

Cons

Being extremely client focused could sometimes lead to challenges with regard to managing client expectations.
