Pros

There are clients who come there hungry for change. Either they recognize their needs or their loved ones do and send them there. With it being a residential facility, a therapist can influence and view real life change taking place in the individuals served.

Cons

Treatment is very much insurance-based and little respect is given by non clinical staff to the actual clinicians doing the hard work.
