The Resource Reviews

I was asked several times to do things I did not feel comfortable with as I felt they were discriminating acts. This lead to my departure from the company. The culture here is terrible, there is no sense of team. I reported all of this to the HR and no changes were made, therefore, they obviously don’t care.

Management is horrible. Management very rude and lazy. He can be very unprofessional at times... But anyways, so the best thing was getting these new guys, jobs. But the jobs we are getting them are the kind of jobs no one want. At times, I feel like I'm in law enforcement making sure these new guys are getting to work and not a minute late. If they fail to do so, I have to scold them about it like their kids. Yes scold. Everyone here does it and this is also why I feel like this work environment was unprofessional. We're really strict on these guys getting to work on time and if they fail to do so, we just fire them. We spam indeed for applicants. I make these new applicants feel like the job they're about to get is great, but in reality its horrible. They won't realize this until they start their first day. To sum everything up, I don't like these work environment cause it leaves me with a lot of guilt.
