Pros

Travel to interesting places both domestic US and international. Able to work with new technology for a leading Emergency Response company that is well respected in the industry. I find these other bad reviews comical. These are written by the same 5-10 percent that complain about everything and don’t answer their phone for a response callout. TRG is an EMERGENCY RESPONSE company which means….we respond to emergencies. If you are hired as a fire fighter, then your job is to fight fires. If you are hired as a cook, then your job is to cook food. This job is for people that want to be in the emergency response field.

Cons

Not really a "con", but yes there is lots of travel and yes it can be at a moments notice. But it is emergency response and part of our job description. Know what you are getting to before you take the job. The expectation on travel was explained during my interview for the job.

Pros

Technology driven company that promotes employee engagement. Integrity and innovation are promoted from the top of the organization. Everyone seemed to work well together and performance is rewarded. Focus on helping people during situations. Travel and working with good clients. Poor performers are not rewarded. Awesome bonuses on good years for those who were involved. I thought I knew about response with my prior years in the military but the experience I received here took me to the next level.

Cons

Reluctant to make personnel changes in a timely matter when needed. Sometimes management is too accommodating and understanding to certain employees that would be fired anywhere else. Yes sometimes you are required to respond but that is the business, rotation schedule helps so you are not on call but 1 week every two months.
