Pros

Great coworkers that put the company first and poured their hearts into the business. They used to have an awesome CRO and the VP of Customer Success is absolutely wonderful.

Cons

The CEO has absolutely no idea how to run a company or what makes a successful product, but he doesn't listen to anyone and acts as a dictator. Example: he would go into the site overnight and change the pricing model for the product without letting anyone know. Another example: he didn't listen to anyone's advice and renamed the company Jazz, so now it's as cool as Jazz Hands! They also laid off the entire SF office and just lied to their employees about what benefits and severance they would get.

Best Place to Work - Love My Job

I finally found the best place to work -The Resumator! I've been here just over a year now and I love it. I love my job and the people I work with. We've got an awesome team that works really hard. The great thing is that I actually feel appreciated every day. The constant Thank yous, You're doing a great job, Keep up the good work, etc. really go a long way in the workplace. I truly enjoy going to work each day.

Cons

Sure there have been some changes lately, but it's all about making this the best company it can be! I'm proud to be a part of this fantastic company and I'm looking forward to the years and changes ahead.

The company promotes life/work balance, a fun environment to work, career development- these things are just a flat lie. Even if you are doing your job at 160%, don't expect to feel appreciated. This is not a company or environment that is work hard play hard, this is all work hard and be treated with disrespect. For an organization that is in the industry of teaching companies how to hire and treat their employees that are "performers"well, The Resumator sure doesn't have even a clue.
