Pros

flexible schedule for work-life balance

Cons

had to micro manage your own pay because you'd get shorted constantly. Rockford store had thieves for managers. would steal your sales and take your name off so you didn't get paid. Benefits were extremely costly to unaffordable

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. While we recognize that working commission sales can be at times; challenging, we are certain we would have addressed any complaints of management altering sales orders. It's unfortunate your time with us came to an end but we do wish you success in your new endeavor where ever that may have led you.

Pros

The company is good in many ways. They offer great benefits, and their pay is above average for customer service representatives. Every department involved in sales and deliveries works together the best they can to deliver good customer experiences. Office managers are generous with their help and knowledge when you need it even when you're not from their store. The job takes time to learn, but once you've mastered it then it is easy.

Cons

They pulled a bait and switch in my application and interview. I applied for a posting that was for a full time position and was offered a part time after my interview. They don't always make me feel respected and valued. Experience and education are meaningless to them. There's no formal training. Training is often done after a mistake is made.

Pros

The best reasons are the co workers. There is a friendly family atmosphere. This company does nice things throughout the year for the employees.

Cons

The challenges is not being recognized for the hard work an employee puts into their job. Being riduled and reprimanded. The manager puts employees on the spot and ridicules an employee in front of everyone. I constantly see employees crying due to the amount of stress and intimidation from management. To feel that your going to be reprimanded as if like your going into the principles office is not a good feeling. Hearing others say they dread to see a certain manager arrive to work because you never know when your next to be put down.
