Pros

Money was decent Managers were fun and easy to work with Benefits were pretty good

Cons

They are only concerned with money if you are not in the "cliché" you will NEVER make it there The accounting department is the WORST group of people you will EVER encounter. PERIOD!! They do not pay their servers well. Do NOT be fooled by "The 'rose Fund", it's just a way for them to take your money!

Pros

The interview process was easy.

Cons

Do not work for the Rose Group. They intentionally schedule lower-ranking people for 39 hours/week so they can have a full staff but avoid giving benefits. (Management, on the other hand, was overscheduled - often leaving at 4am and needing to start again at 8am, with no extra pay on top of their salaries for working grueling hours. This allows Rose Group to give benefits to as few people as possible, while giving fair pay to no one.) The Rose Group will go out of their way to ensure you are only a part-time worker, but they will demand you have full-time availability. They do not take personal schedules into account, they will not give consistent hours or shifts, and they pay $2.13/hour (after taxes, paychecks are always $0.00. I wish I was exaggerating.) They also force employees to come in sick and stay in if they are sick - servers and hosts are threatened with being fired if they ask to go home while throwing up at work. This leads to employees constantly getting sick and getting each other sick. For servers, the pay out system is also awful. No matter how much you make in tips, you owe 3% of all sales back to the company to pay the bartender and hosts. If a customer has a $100 check and they don't leave a tip, the server will owe the company $3 of their own money. There is also no tolerance for injuries on the job. I eventually had to quit because I got a concussion while working (someone dropped a crate on my head because the kitchen was unsafe) and, though I could barely stand, they made me wait tables for over an hour before I was allowed to retrieve my phone and call for a ride to the hospital.
