Pros
Flexible working environment focused on just getting the job done right. They treat you like an adult which can be hard to find in recruiting. Not a lot of metrics to live by here but overall success is expected. Good commissions program.
Cons
Could use better applicant tracking but all systems have faults. Small team means fewer opportunities for splits but also fewer candidate and client ownership issues. Probable a best fit for recruiters with experience looking for autonomy and flexibility.
