All day in office attitude used to be the "con" but this has gone now with flexible working

Pros
Really nice bunch of people who look out for each other. No KPI's or new business targets, working with some of the biggest and best clients in the IT market. No threshold on commission and the opportunity to bill quickly. Supportive culture and great quarterly celebrations!
Cons
This has now been fixed as we now have more flexible working :-)
