Literally do not care about the employees, just the numbers. Even when everyone is burnt out because they consistently take on more projects than they have resources for, they’ll say they know everyone’s burnt out but they need to do more because, money. The turnover rate was 300% while I was there, but not a concern to them because they’ll just hire anyone to fill an empty seat - they make sure you know you’re replaceable. Underpaid relative to the comparable salaries. No real internal structure - everyone does things differently and has different expectations so projects go wrong when they change hands. Constant negative feedback from the ceo - but he will play nice to your face and have others relay the message that he thinks you’re doing terribly. Internal Communication is awful. If you raise a concern, instead of addressing it and trying to work with you to figure it out, they’ll tell you it’s your fault or that you’re exaggerating and it’s not really a problem. NO work life balance - working after hours and weekends is expected
