      Fun work, great company and bonuses!

      Pros

      Positive working environment, good pay, and I could voice my opinions and actually be heard. I worked independently and really felt supported by my supervisor to lead my classes.

      Cons

      No benefits other than bonuses and my position was only partime.

      This is a great part-time job for a college student.

      The administrative part of the nonprofit is extremely disorganized and adds unnecessary stress to the job.
