      Nurse to Resident ratio, set/permanent schedules

      Poor pay, disorganized & unfair management, excessive favoritism, lack of help & managerial support, short staffed very often

      They have great benefits & programs for assistance if needed. ALL over time if need on shift app was a good idea for company to request & pick up day's to work.

      Sum lazy but over ALL very helpful when needed

      Free food, earn PTO as early as hire date, off every other weekend

      Cons

      Lack of hours, no advancement, they mess up your checks often and have to wait til next pay period to get your money. Expect so much for so little
