Pros

Worklife balance is great because there's really only one client. If you are a parent and want to be around your kid a lot but don't care about your long term career, sawtooth group is an option.

Cons

If I was writing this review years ago it would have been very different. At that time there was a beautiful office space, paying clients, an actual person to take care of IT, a partner to manage client relationships, a receptionist, printers, equipment....It was not perfect but there was hope that is all gone now. Long term employees are taking pay cuts to keep the doors open. With no prospects for getting new clients, there's no possibility for career growth.

Pros

Decent salary for upper management, flexible, people are fun to work with for the most part, tight knit crew, great experience

Cons

Managing partners are clueless and not tuned into clients needs...resulting in the loss of a multi million dollar account that was keeping the agency afloat. HR is non existent - policies and procedures are not really in place resulting in added pressure for sr management to deal with. Very gossipy environment - Sr management partakes in the drama adding fuel to the fire.

Good work/life balance, holiday break, summer Fridays

Cons

Lack of resources. Employees are thrown into random projects without experience, training or guidance from upper management. No camaraderie between different departments.
